Using homerun
By creating an account or using homerun, you agree to these terms. You must be an adult to create an account. You can add other members, including kids, to your household.
Your account and household
- Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity in your account.
- Anyone with your household's invite code can ask to join, so share it only with people you trust.
- The household owner decides who can manage chores.
Your content
Chores, events, lists and everything else you add belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run homerun for your household.
Plans and billing
- The Free plan is free. Standard and Family are paid monthly subscriptions, billed through Stripe.
- You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from inside the app. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- If you move to a plan with fewer features, your data stays, but some features stop working.
- We may change prices. We'll tell you ahead of time, and changes apply from your next billing period.
Acceptable use
Don't use homerun to break the law, harm others, or try to access data that isn't yours. Don't disrupt or overload the service.
AI features
AI features like voice, suggestions and chat can make mistakes. Check anything important before you rely on it.
Smart home
The Home Assistant connection is optional. You're responsible for your own Home Assistant setup and the devices it controls.
Availability
We work hard to keep homerun running, but it's provided "as is," without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending your account
You can stop using homerun at any time, and ask us to delete your data by emailing support@joinhome.run. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful, we'll let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect.
